As ICI Capital’s business grows and expands, we have been recruiting progressively to augment the talent of the firm. The investment team now consists of 11 analysts and portfolio managers (as at 1 May 2019), though since the firm’s inception our investment philosophy has remained unchanged and our methodology consistent. We have refined the structure of the team to ensure that our investment process achieves the optimal combination of individual expertise and accountability with collective acumen and experience.
